Do you often have vivid dreams or colors and symbols come up for you during meditation time? If yes, let's explore these symbols! If not, would you like to learn how to practice techniques that can develop this part of your spiritual practice?
This workshop will take us deep into our inner symbols followed by an opportunity to capture the impression of the symbol/s through exploring paint colors and drawing. These symbols can help us unlock parts of ourselves and bring something new forward for us. We will learn a little bit about how to use our personal symbols and take home our matted piece at the end.
